Entrance to good-quality path. Behind a short bit of dark and muddy ground path with solid surface. Concrete blocks are a bit awkward, but have ok spacing between them.

Someone in Blatches Chase really dislikes other people using their path. No walking, cycling or horse riding. I guess driving down here is ok?

Shared pavement and cycle track gets very narrow by lay-by. There is dropped curb on both ends of the lay-by, so it is possible to cycle along the lay-by or in the road a short way.
